Hi my name is Tanner Roche and I am from Huntington Beach! I grew up

playing multiple sports as a kid which ultimately led to my path into

becoming a physical therapist. After completing highschool, I made my way down to San Diego State University where I received my bachelors degree in Kinesiology and continued my education there to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

I was able to experience a wide patient variety during my rotations, but I wanted to work at Longevity due to their innovative model of including the entire kinetic chain and one-on-one care for their patients. After dealing with multiple lowback/shoulder injuries, and knowing how frustrating it can be, I wanted to help patients return to doing what they love for as long as possible.

In my spare time, you can find me playing beach volleyball, surfing, or relaxing. During the winter, I love taking trips to snowboard up in Mammoth or Bear mountain.
