Doctor of Physical Therapy

Longevity-76

I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve my community at  Longevity Physical Therapy in La Costa! I graduated from the University of St. Augustine with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University (go Aztecs!).

My passion for physical therapy dates back to my pre-professional days growing up heavily involved in competitive sports including cheer, gymnastics, and dance, while also spending time getting outdoors to hike and snowboard as often as possible. Working with children has always been a passion of mine and I enjoyed teaching children’s gymnastics for many years. However, I thrive on serving patients of all ages and activity levels. I appreciate how the body must work effectively and efficiently as a whole to achieve an outcome. My main goal is to educate my patients to heal the issue at hand, empower the patient, and prevent future injury.

Furthering my education, I have completed advanced therapy-related courses in Applied Functional Science, Advanced Evaluation and Manipulation Spine and Pelvis, as well as Evaluation and Treatment of the Craniomandibular System (TMJ).

In my off time, I love to be outdoors with my husband, son, and our Golden retriever named Boone.  We try to get to the beach or snow every chance we get.

I look forward to getting the chance to serve you!
