Doctor of Physical Therapy

IMG_0766 (1)

I was born and raised in Minnesota, where I spent much of my time as a competitive ski racer. My experiences with the sport first introduced me to the field of physical therapy and showed me how impactful it can be for the physical and mental side of recovery. I went on to complete my undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Spanish.

Following graduation, I moved to California to pursue my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Southern California. In addition to my academic and clinical training, I have remained deeply involved in athletics. I have competed in ultimate frisbee since high school and currently play at the semi-professional level with San Diego’s team, the San Diego Growlers. My background as both an athlete and clinician allows me to bring a unique perspective to patient care, with a strong focus on helping individuals recover, perform, and thrive.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors—hiking, camping, and skiing in the mountains, or relaxing, swimming, and surfing at the beach. I look forward to working with you to help you get back to the activities you love.
