Doctor of Physical Therapy

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and am passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy most.

My approach focuses on orthopedics, strength training, and injury prevention, guided by a functional movement framework. I enjoy working with a wide range of patients, from athletes to everyday movers, providing individualized, one-on-one care that blends hands-on treatment with progressive strength and mobility training.

Having trained in gymnastics and ballroom dancing, I’ve always been fascinated by movement, and that curiosity drives my work. I aim not only to help patients recover, but also to gain a deeper understanding of their bodies and how they move, building lasting strength, confidence, and resilience so they can stay active long after their time in the clinic.

When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy staying active through Pilates and the gym, exploring new restaurants around San Diego, spending time outdoors with my dog, and playing the piano. I’m passionate about movement and believe physical therapy should empower people to live fully, stay strong, and keep doing the things that make life fun.
