Doctor of Physical Therapy

Brandy

I’m excited to be a part of the Longevity Physical Therapy team and serve the Carlsbad community! I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California and my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. I went on to complete an orthopedic residency and am a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
My interest in movement started long before becoming a physical therapist. I grew up as a gymnast and have always appreciated what the human body is capable of. Over the past 11 years, I’ve worked in outpatient physical therapy with patients of all ages and activity levels. I especially enjoy getting to know each patient, understanding what matters most to them, and finding creative ways to help them return to the activities they love. I also have a passion for teaching and mentorship and spent several years as adjunct faculty in the University of the Pacific’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

Outside of the clinic, I love yoga, kayaking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with my husband and our two boys. As a family, we’re always looking for our next adventure and are excited to call the Carlsbad area home.

I look forward to helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things you enjoy!
