I am originally from Temecula and moved to San Diego five years ago to attend Cal State San Marcos, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Cum Laude.
Growing up as a competitive dancer, I developed a deep appreciation for movement and became fascinated by the body’s ability to train, adapt, and grow stronger. I gained experience working with patients as a physical therapy aide to complete my degree, giving me a strong understanding of injury, recovery, and safe progression. That experience deepened my passion for helping people move and feel their best, which led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I love helping anyone start or continue their fitness journey including those returning from injury, and guiding them as they accomplish their goals. I believe people are stronger than they think, and I love guiding others toward strength that supports the life they want to live. Every day is a new opportunity to change our lives for the better, and there’s no better time to start than today.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, working out, going to the beach, and walking my dog Penny.
