As a native of Ventura County, I jumped at the opportunity of relocating to San Diego to live the San Diego lifestyle. All my life, I have enjoyed playing various sports, and spending time outdoors at the beach, hiking, and camping. Moving to San Diego allowed me to continue an active lifestyle with like minded people and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer.
I received a collegiate soccer scholarship from California State University, San Marcos (CSUSM), where I played NCAA soccer and received my Bachelors of Science in Biology with an emphasis on Physiology. It was during this time I joined Longevity Physical Therapy as an aide. After working closely with physical therapists and our director of performance, I decided to further my education and receive the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) so I could help others reach their fitness goals.
Athlete or not, I believe everyone can benefit from general fitness or sports performance to meet their goals. With this certification and past experience competing in NCAA athletics, I am excited to share my knowledge and passion for health and fitness within the San Diego community.
