As the owner of Longevity Physical Therapy, I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to impact the San Diego community since 2004 as both a Physical Therapist and lecturer, providing a unique understanding of functional rehabilitation and training.
My practice combines advanced, function-based rehabilitation with hospitality-level service—an approach shaped by early experience at Cornell University and roles with Harvard Business School and Four Seasons Hotels. I bring that customer-first mindset to a medical setting to deliver a 5 Star rehabilitation experience.
I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (2001) and completed a year-long fellowship with the Gray Institute. My clinical focus includes spine care and upper and lower extremity disorders. I have served as a Clinical Instructor of Physical Therapy at USC and as a consultant to USC’s athletic department. For more than 24 years, I’ve lectured nationally to physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers about our evidence-informed, performance-driven approach. As Operational Director for the Meyer Institute of Sport – Insurance, I bring operational leadership and clinical insight to sports performance programs.
Under my leadership at Longevity Physical Therapy, we’ve opened four clinics across San Diego County and are continuing to expand. Our newest offering, Longevity Edge Physical Therapy, is a concierge, out-of-network service designed for individuals who prioritize long-term health and performance. Working one-on-one without insurance-driven constraints, I provide deeper assessment, individualized treatment, and outcome-focused care tailored to each patient’s goals.
As a Black Belt in Taekwondo and an Ironman Triathlon finisher, I understand the goal we all have for “Longevity” in our lives. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and talent levels. One of my core philosophies is that everyone is an athlete and can improve their performance through activity-specific functional therapy.
