As a Southern California native, I grew up in Orange County and eventually made my way down to San Diego to earn both my Bachelors in Kinesiology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from San Diego State University.
Throughout my life, I’ve always been involved in and passionate about sports, fitness, and living an active lifestyle. Having gone through multiple injuries as a soccer player, I know what it’s like to have to sit on the sidelines and go through the recovery process. That’s what inspired me to dedicate my life to becoming a physical therapist. Whether it’s the sidelines of the field or the sidelines of life, I want to help you get back to the things you love.
During my free time, you can find me spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, relaxing at the beach, watching Rocky Balboa movies, and enjoying all the outdoor activities that North County San Diego has to offer.
