Born and raised in South Orange County, I fell in love with San Diego while competing across the county as a Division I Cross Country and Track student-athlete at San Diego State University (Go Aztecs!). My passion for movement and performance led me to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University Long Beach (Go Beach!).
Throughout my running career, I discovered the importance of preventative rehab and became passionate about identifying the root causes of injuries to prevent them from recurring. My goal is always to guide my patients not just back to baseline, but to feeling and moving even better than before their injury.
I’m a three-time Boston Marathon qualifier who still loves to run, and I balance my training with walking & hiking with our dog Herbert, yoga, HIIT, strength training, and pilates. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with close family and friends—often over some amazing Mexican food. My husband Zack and I love watching sports, exploring the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park, and escaping to Temecula or the desert for a quick getaway.
Most recently, I became a mom to a beautiful baby girl, Mackenzie. She’s the brightest light in our lives and is already growing up too fast.
As Clinic Director of our newest location in San Marcos, I’m thrilled to welcome patients and bring the high-quality care and service that Longevity is known for.
I look forward to working with you!
