Doctor of Physical Therapy

I am so grateful to be a part of the Longevity Team and to work with the San Diego community!

I was born and raised in south Orange County, but fell in love with San Diego after running all over the county as a D1 Cross Country and Track student athlete at San Diego State University (go Aztecs!). I then earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at California State University Long Beach (go Beach!).

Throughout my running career I have discovered the importance of preventative rehab. I am passionate about finding the primary cause of my patients’ injuries to prevent future re-occurrence. I also strive to guide my patients through their rehab to feeling and moving even better than pre-injury! I am looking to further my education with proper certifications in movement analysis rehab, especially with running, golf swing, and baseball pitching mechanics.

I still love to run (a lot) as a three-time Boston Marathon qualifier. I also implement all sorts of activity like hiking, yoga, Peloton cycling classes, HIIT training, weight lifting and Pilates into my weekly routine.

In my free time, I love to be with close family and friends, usually with some sort of delicious Mexican food involved. My husband and I love watching sports together, exploring new beaches and restaurants in San Diego, and planning get-aways to Temecula or the local mountains!

I look forward to working with you!
