I am a licensed physical therapist with a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports performance, and strength training. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from California State University, Northridge, and my undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from San Diego State University. Together, these experiences provided me with a solid foundation in evidence based practice, injury assessment, and movement analysis.
I was born and raised in Ventura, California, where my early involvement in competitive sports including track and field and hockey sparked my interest in human movement, performance, and injury prevention.
I am passionate about helping individuals return to pain-free movement and higher levels of performance through individualized, one on one care. My clinical interests include ice hockey, football, and basketball strength. I place a strong emphasis on patient education, movement quality, and long term resilience so patients not only recover, but continue to progress beyond rehab free from fear of reinjury.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy weight lifting, hiking, and exploring new coffee shops around San Diego.
