I’m excited to be back in my hometown of San Diego as a Physical Therapist at Longevity PT, where I’m passionate about serving the community I’ve always called home. After earning my undergraduate degree at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (Go Mustangs!), I completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California (Fight On!). My husband and I then spent three years living in Denver where I practiced at an outpatient orthopedic clinic. While I loved the Mile High City, my heart has always been in San Diego, where I’m thrilled to return and contribute here.
I was fortunate enough to do one of my DPT clinical rotations at Longevity, and I was immediately drawn to their Applied Functional Science approach. I firmly believe movement is medicine and enjoy collaborating with my patients to help them regain strength, mobility, and return to the activities they love. My goal is to not only guide recovery but also to empower patients with tools for long-term health and wellness.
My passion for physical therapy comes from a fascination with the human body’s capabilities and a deep desire to help others. I strive to bring empathy, active listening, and personalized care to every patient I work with. Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors—running, paddleboarding, hiking, skiing, or relaxing at the beach with my husband, friends, and family. I’m also an avid Padres, Chargers, and Lakers fan and love talking sports!
