I was born and raised in Bakersfield, California, where I grew up playing a variety of sports with football and baseball becoming my main passions. My athletic journey eventually led me to play Division I college baseball while earning my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Bakersfield. I later completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and also earned my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification.
Throughout my years as a competitive athlete, I experienced several injuries that gave me firsthand exposure to physical therapy as a patient myself. Those experiences played a major role in shaping my passion for helping others recover, perform, and stay healthy throughout their athletic careers. With both my clinical background and personal experiences as an athlete, I strive to help patients overcome limitations, avoid future complications, and maximize their potential both in sport and everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy attending sporting events, weightlifting, staying active, playing video games, going to music festivals, hiking, and trying new restaurants whenever I get the chance. I value building strong relationships with my patients and creating an environment where they feel motivated, supported, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.
