Her main goal is to educate her patients to heal the issue at hand, empower the patient, and prevent future injury. She grew up competing in dance and gymnastics and appreciates how the body must work effectively and efficiently as a whole to achieve an outcome. In her off time she takes advantage of getting outdoors with her dog enjoying the San Diego beaches and hikes, and heads up the mountains to camp and snowboard every chance she gets!
