I’m originally from Los Angeles until I moved to San Diego in 2011 to attend San Diego State University for my undergraduate degree. At SDSU, I studied Kinesiology and minored in Psychology which led me to a passion in physical therapy; where I could help people physically through movement and exercise and also mentally through motivation, empathy and building relationships with others. I believe that trust between a therapist and a patient is the catalyst to any successful rehabilitation program. I obtained my Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in 2020 and was excited to come back and start my career as a clinician with Longevity Physical Therapy, as I had previously worked here as an aide during my years in college.
Aside from physical therapy, I strive to stay as active as I can, to practice what I preach, and find enjoyment through movement. I love working out, practicing yoga, spin classes and snowboarding during the winter season. Living in San Diego has brought about many blessings and I am happy to consider it my new home.
