I have been blessed to treat patients at Longevity Physical Therapy in San Diego for the last 3 years. I graduated from the University of Southern California in 2017 and promptly moved down to San Diego (I was done with that traffic!), and have been here ever since. During my time at USC, I was fortunate to learn from great professors and mentors, and had the chance to work for a professional baseball team providing therapy and rehabilitation services. These experiences shaped my passion for providing exceptional patient-care, integrated sports rehabilitation and performance-based training, and education to all patients I am able to serve. I incorporate all of these things into my treatments and value the personal connection I have with each person.
In addition to treating patients at Longevity Physical Therapy, I also teach at San Diego State University within their DPT program. I began teaching anatomy lab at SDSU in Fall 2017, and since that time, have added additional courses to my teaching course-load, including two courses in the anatomy series and therapeutic exercise. Over this time, I have been fortunate to help serve the doctoral students and the DPT program, which has just ascended in the US News & World Report rankings to #49 in the US, good for the 4th best school in California and the top-ranked public physical therapy school in the state. It has been my pleasure to serve these students and I have had many of them with me in the clinic for their own clinical rotations to help round out their education.
In addition to treating patients and teaching, I love spending time with my wife Christina and our dog, Koda. We love to travel, work out, hike, and be outside together. You can find me in frequenting my favorite San Diego eateries and breweries, spending time with my family and friends, and rooting on my favorite LA sports teams. I look forward to meeting you in the clinic soon.
