Feel free to contact us with any questions you have, whether you’re scheduling an appointment or you’re just curious to know what we do and how we can help you.

To schedule an appointment please call during business  hours and we’ll take down your name, address, date of birth, phone number, and any insurance information applicable. From there, we find a time convenient for you. Our first appointment is at 7am and our last appointment is at 6pm.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments. Please give us 24 hours’ notice so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged at $50 cancellation fee. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $75 no show fee.
