Doctor of Physical Therapy

IMG_0434-3

I graduated from San Diego State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. I then worked for a couple of years as a personal trainer before I realized that physical therapy was my calling. I was fortunate enough to get accepted into the residential Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos. I graduated from the program in 2021 and decided to kickstart my career as a physical therapist at Longevity. I love being a physical therapist because I get to be a motivator, educator, and holistic healer. I feel so blessed to be a member of the Longevity team and am ready to serve the members of my community!

I believe that health is wealth and strive daily to abide by that principle to honor my mind and body as well as to motivate others. As a San Diego native, it was hard to not be active. I practiced martial arts for seven years and possess a second-degree blackbelt in Taekwondo as well as a first-degree blackbelt in Kyokushin karate. After sustaining multiple injuries, I shifted my focus to bodybuilding which is my current passion. Besides working out, I enjoy eating sushi, going on hikes, playing video games, watching horror movies, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
