As the Clinic Director at Longevity Physical Therapy, San Diego, I am humbled by the opportunity to serve both our community and my team!

I was born and raised in Sacramento, but moved to sunny San Diego in order to earn my Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Sciences from Point Loma Nazarene University. I then completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation, and have the distinction as a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the APTA.

My initial exposure to physical therapy was as a patient following multiple knee surgeries in high school, and the support and guidance that I received during my rehab process is something that I am forever grateful for and hope to emulate with my current patients. I have a passion for helping people move and feel better, and I believe physical therapy is a team sport where we work together towards a common goal.

In addition to treating patients at Longevity Physical Therapy, I am also an adjunct professor in the undergraduate kinesiology department at Point Loma Nazarene University. It has been a pleasure interacting with and instructing students at this stage in their development as they pursue professions in PT, OT, and medicine.

When I am not at work, I love being outside, traveling, hiking, camping, and going to the beach with my beautiful wife and our dachshund, Winston. You may also find me watching baseball, especially if the SF Giants are playing.

I look forward to working with you!
