Doctor of Physical Therapy

IMG_4052

I have always been a science nerd. While exploring STEM fields, I found a fit in physical therapy that combines my passion for biomechanics with my innate value of service.

After graduating from the University of Oregon with my undergraduate degree in human physiology (Go Ducks!), I found myself looking for sunnier weather to continue my schooling. I moved down to Los Angeles to complete my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Azusa Pacific University.

As a physical therapist, I often come into my patients’ lives when they are at a vulnerable point. I value building meaningful connections with patients over the time we work together and recognize how unique this opportunity is in our current healthcare system. Through my experience in orthopedic and neurologic settings, I have become particularly passionate about working with elderly individuals and those with chronic vestibular symptoms.

Outside of the clinic, you can find me playing my harp, eating a burrito on the beach, or cheering on Aztec basketball at SDSU.
